Where We’re Going

What will Syska be like in six years? We have a pretty good idea because we’ve been defining and refining our “Vision 2025” for several years. But it’s one thing to state our vision, and another to achieve it. That’s why we’ve introduced a strategy map to help us translate our words into action.

Our strategy map is an interactive tracking mechanism that enables staff and clients to access updates on our accomplishments as we progress toward our goals. The map measures our performance in four key areas: learning and growth, internal business, clients, and finance.

The initiatives we’re outlining in our strategy map correspond to six important traits we’ve identified:


  • Communication (transparency, honesty, and welcoming feedback)
  • Diversity
  • Leadership
  • Learning
  • Passion
  • Sustainability

These traits are already key components of Syska’s culture today, but we hope to embrace them even more fully by 2025. Besides the strategy map, we will measure our progress through annual surveys of clients and staff, and publish summaries of the results.
