Welcome to our latest edition of Connections. Summer is here and we couldn’t be more excited! As the days grow longer and warmer, our team is humming with creativity and energy. Now that we’ve nearly reached the end of the first half of 2024, it’s an ideal time to highlight the exceptional and hard work of our clients, colleagues, and employees.

Let’s start with the engineering design of BlackRock’s headquarters, which earned us an ACEC Diamond award. In this article you will learn about the creation of a building in a building. Or jump to our “illuminating” description of Roku’s new NYC office, which is supporting its brand through thoughtful architecture and lighting.

Moving through the Tri-State, we come to the Jersey Shore, where we worked with a prominent medical center to design space that houses a groundbreaking new technology called ZAP-X.
